The Grill drawer telescopic guides made in stainless steel with ball bearings, govern the opening/closing system of the grill drawers. The telescopic guides have been developed specifically for high temperature use and need to be regularly cleaned and greased in order to function properly.
Spare pairs of telescopic guides, facilitate the cleaning and maintenance operations. In fact, they allow to immediately substitute the telescopic guides temporarily removed for ordinary maintenance and avoid stop of service. The telescopic guides are installed and removed using their spring tab and snap-fit system in the cooking chamber.
